Dunedin’s Laughter Yoga Club is open to everyone!

The goal of Laughter Yoga is to bring good health, joy, and world peace through laughter.

Laughter:

  • Releases emotional tension
  • Promotes a sense of well-being
  • Increases self-confidence
  • Strengthens the immune system
  • Releases endorphins
  • Is a lot of fun
  • And makes you feel awesome!

Classes run every Wednesday evening. Wear comfy clothes – no special equipment is required.
