Printing and Photocopying
Council of Social Services (Dunedin) offers photocopying and document production services to both member organisations and the general public. Photocopying and printing rates (effective 1 April 2013) are outlined below.

All rates are GST inclusive.
Rates for Member Organisations
Unassisted Printing and Photocopying
The following rates are based on total pages per month. For example, if a member organisation prints 25 black & white A4 pages per month, it be charged $0.15 per page. If a member organisation prints 1000 black & white A4 pages per month, it will be charged $0.10 per page.

Assisted Printing and Photocopying
- Assisted photocopying incurs a $4.00 surcharge per job.
- Coloured A4 paper incurs a $0.01 surcharge per sheet.
- Coloured A3 paper incurs a $0.02 surcharge per sheet.
Label Printing
- Label printing: $1.20 per sheet (24 labels on each sheet).
- Label design and editing: $15.00 per hour.
Rates for Non-Members
Printing and Photocopying
The following rates are based on total pages per run. For example, if you print 25 black & white A4 pages in one run, you be charged $0.20 per page. If you print 1000 black & white A4 pages in one run, you will be charged $0.12 per page.
